Monorail Systems for Bolt Buster Suspension

The Monorail system will incorporate features such as::

• Monorail System consists of monorail tubes on one side of the grinding mill or on both sides based on mill requirements.
• Monorail layout is custom designed to match with the mill profile. Good fit for mill floors with less floor space around the mill.
• Monorail System consists of a large and small trolley.
• Large monorail capacity is 1323 Lbs. [600 Kgs] and small monorail capacity is 551 Lbs. [250 Kgs].
• Monorail winch is operated by using controls tab on the bolt buster handset assembly.
• Hydraulic winch with cable and swivel hook is used for raising and lowering the bolt buster.
• Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) provides hydraulic power for operating monorail hydraulic winch.
• Hose set 30 ft is included, 50 ft hoses are optional.
• Service kit for monorail winch is included.
