The Hydraulic Jib Crane will incorporate features such as:

• Bolt buster is suspended using a hydraulic jib crane rated to lift 1,200 Lbs. [545 Kgs].
• Good fit for mill floors with adequate floor space around the mill.
• Jib crane can be custom designed as per customer requirements for reach.
• Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) provides required hydraulic power for operating jib crane.
• It consists of three (3) stage crane with full hydraulic functions, which includes non powered crane 360 degrees continuous rotation and powered crane extend / retract.
• Hydraulic winch with cable and swivel hook is used for raising and lowering the bolt buster.
• Controls for jib crane extend / retract & raise / lower are located conveniently at the back of the bolt buster handset assembly.
• Jib crane is designed with foldable mast and legs for easier transportation & installation.
• Jib crane boom assembly is equipped with D-rings and fork lift pockets for easier transportation & installation.
• Jib crane is equipped with heavy duty caster wheels for moving on mill floor towards feed, shell or discharge end of the mill. Mobile jib crane with wheels is useful for servicing multiple mills.
• Optional fixed jib crane without caster wheels is available upon request.
• Counterweight is included for the crane, to offset weight of the Bolt Buster.
• Hose set 30 ft is included, 50 ft hoses are optional.
• Service kit for jib crane is included.
• Optional jib crane with its own powerpack is also available upon request.
• We also have pneumatic powered jib crane with pivoting arm design for suspending bolt buster.
