 The Hydraulic Bolt Buster and Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) will incorporate features such as:

• Recoilless Hydraulic Bolt Buster Hammer which produces 1500 Joules of impact energy.
• Portable Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) which is easy to move with the help of wheeled base. Optional base with forklift pockets is also provided upon request.
• 30 HP WEG / Toshiba electric motor suitable for all types of facility voltages across the world.
• Electric panel certifications CE / UL / CSA are available upon request.
• High efficiency, variable displacement axial-piston pump with pressure compensation. Auxiliary pump for cooling and heating circuit.
• Two (2) LED lights with magnetic base.
• Observer pendant to enable the safety of hammer operation with E-stops button.
• Nitrogen charging kit and regulator valve to fill accumulators with nitrogen.
• Hydraulic Bolt Buster (HBB) and Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) service kit.
• Storage mine trailing cable 100 ft.
• Hose set and Interconnecting cable 30 ft and 50 ft (Optional).
• Thermostat controlled hydraulic oil cooler and heater.
• Electrical Control Panel with HMI (Human Machine Interface) for error detection to conduct easy trouble shooting and also for providing feedback about performance and status.
• Standard length moil tools and longer discharge moil tools are included.
